It is an ideal source of rapid and long-lasting energy thanks to its high content of carbohydrates and lipids. As it contains dried fruit rich in lipids, its digestion and absorption is slower than in the case of Sybar Energy Fruit, and is therefore more suitable for a constant and long-term supply of energy. Sybar Energy is an ideal snack for endurance sports and long hikes of medium intensity on foot or by bike. During long physical activities, it is recommended to consume foods rich in fats, whose caloric intake is twice as high as in the case of glucides. It does not contain gluten, lactose or palm oil.   ● INDICATIONS   Sybar Energy is particularly suitable for long walks and high-altitude hiking, for training in cold temperatures and in general to support slower and long physical exercise. It is an ideal energy snack for everyday life.   ● CONDITIONS OF USE  Take 1 bar based on your needs, at least 2 hours before an exercise and each 2 hours of activity.   Blueberry : Hazelnuts 6%.
